Hi! I’m Kristin Slade,

owner of Larue Hair Apothecary. I’ve been in the beauty industry since 2006, & over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to operate in many different facets of this business. From owning a fast paced, large salon, to traveling as a color educator for an international haircare company. I’ve invested hundreds of hours in advanced education on precision cutting and color theory. Hair is truly my passion and I thrive on creating beautiful, healthy hair. I am a natural-results colorist and create hairstyles that are complimentary to you and your lifestyle. My love of the one-on-one time with my guests led me to create a space that was unlike the traditional salon, and allowed me to take full advantage of the years of education I’ve received. With a focus on an elevated client experience, Larue’s is a private space where creativity flows. Your time is precious and I want to make sure that when you step into Larue’s, the focus is on you and your beauty needs, without the distraction of the outside world.
